MISSION
Shaun's uniqueness of coaching is that there is no one particular coaching model he uses but rather customizing a different coaching model for each different client.
He also provides dedicated coaching service to his clients with his 24 hours availability. Clients can call at any point of time from anywhere in the world even if he is asleep or overseas. He strongly believes in giving the full attention and support to his clients to reach their desired destination in life.
Being an Asian, Shaun comes from a culture that values relationship building, which is one of the pillars of successful coaching.Born in the year 1981 in Singapore, he was once a quitter during his tertiary school days. he started his career as a Customer Service Officer with Singapore Telecommunications. He experienced the reality in the working force which was never shared much in school or anywhere. With his proactiveness and determination, he developed his own methodologies and strategies which led him to a speedy move in his challenging career path with TNT Express Worldwide, one of world's top multi-national logistics company, from a Customer Service Representative to a Sales Executive and eventually an Area Sales Manager within a short span of 4 years.
Over the years, he has conducted various trainings and coaching, helping his staff achieve success in sales and customer service. He has also personally provided one-to-one coaching to individuals in life and career success. Currently, he is a trainer with Teledirect Telecommerce, the best and biggest outsource call centre in Singapore, part of the WPP Group, providing training on sales and customer excellence to frontline staffs from one of world's top airlines and a renowned leather goods luxury brand, and coaching management staffs in people management skills and performance success.Shaun has also received proper training from regional trainers and consultants, David Stevens, Adrian Teo, Ken Wong, Filomena Lok, Jimmy Chew and Lau Tat Chuan at Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA). This includes Training Design and Delivery, Organizational Development, Professional Coaching and more. He is also a member of STADA and Association of Professional Trainers, Singapore.
He strongly believes that everyone can achieve success. "One needs to internalize fundamentals in order for self-actualization and self-success."As a practitioner of work-life balance, he enjoys travelling and not forgetting exploring World of Warcraft during his leisure time.
